Skills/ Abilities

Develop content outlines, storyboards, and scripts for self-paced eLearning modules
Design instruction that reflects an understanding of the diversity of learners and groups of learners
Work with other departments to create and collaborate on learning initiatives
Build engaging e-learning modules using videos, and other multimedia resources
Design e-learning templates / contents for web and mobile delivery
Create graphics, animations, videos, and other visual elements using brand / style guidelines
Assist in administering the LMS
Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with a fast-paced company
Ability to make complex topics simple and easy to understand
Ability to create and execute communications strategy
Proficient in eLearning tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate 360, Camtasia, or other authoring tools
Uses instructional design, adult learning principles, and innovative strategies in the conception, design, and development of eLearning courses.
Experience with managing company intranet site or WordPress site is a plus
Experience in Dental or Healthcare is a plus

Education/Certification(s)

Senior eLearning Specialist will need a minimum of 5 years of experience in eLearning development; instructional design; video, animation, audio, and graphic production for training initiatives
