Skills/ Abilities
- Develop content outlines, storyboards, and scripts for self-paced eLearning modules
- Design instruction that reflects an understanding of the diversity of learners and groups of learners
- Work with other departments to create and collaborate on learning initiatives
- Build engaging e-learning modules using videos, and other multimedia resources
- Design e-learning templates / contents for web and mobile delivery
- Create graphics, animations, videos, and other visual elements using brand / style guidelines
- Assist in administering the LMS
- Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a fast-paced company
- Ability to make complex topics simple and easy to understand
- Ability to create and execute communications strategy
- Proficient in eLearning tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate 360, Camtasia, or other authoring tools
- Uses instructional design, adult learning principles, and innovative strategies in the conception, design, and development of eLearning courses.
- Experience with managing company intranet site or WordPress site is a plus
- Experience in Dental or Healthcare is a plus
Education/Certification(s)
- Senior eLearning Specialist will need a minimum of 2 years of experience in eLearning development; instructional design; video, animation, audio, and graphic production for training initiatives
